Florida is marked to experience another catastrophic Hurricane Milton storm on Wednesday as revealed by local meteorologist, John Morales on Monday.

John became very emotional while divulging his forecast on air with a shaky voice.
“It’s just an incredible, incredible, incredible hurricane. It has dropped — it has dropped 50 millibars in 10 hours,” Morales said, his voice breaking and becoming shaky as he spoke.
“I apologize. This is just horrific,” Morales said after he took a brief pause during an NBC6 in Miami broadcast.

In a latest weather update, the NHC has said that the winds of the Hurricane Milton were reaching 155miles per hour and likely to hit Florida on Wednesday.
The NHC indicated that “Milton is a powerful category 4 hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Wind Scale. While fluctuations in intensity are expected, Milton is forecast to remain an extremely dangerous hurricane.”
Hurricane Milton Targets Florida: What To Expect
Milton is expected to along with heavy rainfall and storm surges as high as 15 feet.
It’s direction will hit the southern states including areas which are still recovering from hurricanes Helene and Debby.
Florida Hurricane Milton: US President Biden Actions
On Monday, October 7, 2024, the president of America, Joe Biden declared Florida a state of emergency as they expect Milton’s hit.
According to experts, Hurricane Milton’s hit on Wednesday could cause the largest number of evacuations since Hurricane Irma in 2017 which recorded over 6.7 million residents relocating.
Mandatory evacuation orders were in effect in nine Florida counties, suspending road tolls to make evacuation for easier and smooth.
High Rainfall Prediction
According to the Weather Prediction Center, “the rainfall threat for Wednesday will be rare.” The Center has therefore sent words of caution “widespread and numerous instances of flash flooding are expected with life-threatening and catastrophic flash flooding probable.”
