US Election Day 2024: When polls open and close in Illinois

Across Illinois, polling locations will be open on Tuesday at 6:00 in the morning and closes at 7 in the evening.

Registered voters who wish to cast their ballot on Election Day can do such at their designated polling station.

They can also cast their votes at a vote center designated by their election authority.

 Can One Still Register To Vote?

YES!. One can still register to vote on Election Day in Illinois. This is possible under the grace-period registration. Be abreast that this is only available in-person at sites authorized by each election authority.

In case you are registering to vote in-person, the system will demand two forms of identification with at least one showing your residential address.

In addition, polling locations open on Election day at 7:00 in the morning and closes at 8:00 in the evening in Wisconsin.

Also, Indiana polling locations are opened on Election Day at 6:00 in the morning and ends at 6 in the evening.
